Things to do in Dubai — the city we’d show our friends.

Twelve years of booking attractions, day tours and tickets from a Bur Dubai desk. Burj Khalifa tickets at non-prime hours when the queue and the haze are both lower; full-day desert safari with dune-bashing, sandboarding and a real BBQ dinner; the Frame, Miracle Garden, Aquaventure, IMG, Ski Dubai and Global Village — with the version of each that’s actually worth the AED.

When to visit

October through March is the comfortable window: 22–28°C, low humidity, every outdoor attraction open. April–May and September are shoulder months. June through August is for indoor attractions only (Ski Dubai, IMG, Aquaventure, malls, dinner cruises). Friday and Saturday are the busiest days at every Dubai attraction; midweek mornings are the calmest.

Good to know

  • Burj Khalifa peak vs non-prime hours: peak (sunset, ~17:30–19:30) costs ~50–80% more for the same view.
  • Hotel pickup included on most desert safari, dinner cruise and city tour bookings.
  • Combos save — Atlantis attractions and the IMG/Bollywood combo cards beat single tickets.
  • Pay in AED; corporate invoices issued with TRN.
