This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which customers may cancel their requested services with Green Apple Travel & Tourism LLC. We strive to provide flexible and fair cancellation terms while ensuring transparency in our refund procedures.
24-Hour Cancellation Window
Customer can cancel their requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your service, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team via phone, email, or visit our office within 24 hours of your booking.
Provide your booking reference number and payment details.
Submit a written cancellation request via email to info@greenappletravel.ae.
Receive confirmation of your cancellation request from our team.
Refund Processing Time
Once your cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed, depending on your card issuing bank.
Processing time may vary based on your financial institution's policies.
Conditions and Restrictions
Please note the following conditions that apply to cancellations:
Cancellations requested after 24 hours may be subject to different terms and conditions as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Certain services such as processed visa applications or confirmed flight tickets may not be eligible for refund due to third-party restrictions.
Credit notes may be offered as an alternative to refunds for cancellations made after the 24-hour window (valid for 90 days).
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to be considered valid.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once processing has begun:
Visa applications submitted to authorities
Confirmed and ticketed flight reservations
Hotel bookings with non-refundable rates
Tour packages where deposits have been paid to suppliers
Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, war, government restrictions, etc.), Green Apple Travel & Tourism will work with customers to provide alternative solutions, which may include rescheduling, credit notes, or refunds based on what can be recovered from suppliers. Such cases will be evaluated on an individual basis.
